Vinyasa Yoga & Pilates Package

I teach a fun combo of Vinyasa Yoga, a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling, and Pilates, a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength. I give particular attention to proper postural alignment and core strength. You can choose if you want to do more yoga or pilates or one or the other.

Prenatal Yoga

I specialize in private prenatal yoga, offering tailored sessions to support expectant parents and ease the physical changes that arise during this important time. With a passion for supporting others through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, my doula expertise enhances my yoga classes, offering a comprehensive approach to prenatal care. My sessions focus on breathwork, mindfulness, strengthening to endure labor, and releasing tension to support the baby's movement during birth. I am also a mom of four, and my personal experience with pregnancy and birth helps me connect deeply with my clients.
